Official Chili Cook-off Rules and Regulations:
2. 12:00 NOON: Must have started preparing at least 4 gallons of chili. All chili must be prepared on site.
3. 3:00 PM: Judges Competition Contest - Your chili will be delivered to the Judges station in the numbered container provided.
4. 3:00 - 6:00 PM: People's Choice Contest - Ballot and Wristband Sales begin at "Chili Check-In" station. Public samplings to be ready (approximately 3 oz. each). Tasters must have wristband provided. DO NOT begin before 3:00 and do not serve unless wristband is present. Cups and spoons provided. 5. 6:00 PM: Chili Cookoff Awards Presentations.
